Phlomis bracteosa Royle ex Benth.
Family: Lamiaceae
Synonyms: Phlomis cordata, Phlomis lamiifolia, Phlomis simplex, Phlomoides bracteosa, Phlomoides lamiifolia.
Common name: Purple Jerusalem Sage, Purple Lampwick plant
In Kashmir: Neel Trath

Ethnomedicinal uses: Powdered leaves are mixed in tea and used against cough and cold. Flowers are crushed and used against toothache. Flowers are used as laxative. (Ref. 10)
